Mr. Ott has been installing our leased water heaters since 2001. He is one of our installers and has installed 700 plus water heaters for us. He has done an oustanding job for us, working on weekends and after-hours. If a member leases a water heater, we know we can tell them they will have prompt service and it will be installed within a day.
